Lewis Wins Volunteer Leadership Award

Mark Lewis, Corporate Sales Manager at Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply, received the TRSA Volunteer Leadership Award at the Association’s Annual Conference & Exhibits 2011. TRSA is the National Association of the Textile Rental Services Industry. Members provide uniform rental and linen services to businesses and industries across the United States and Canada.

The Volunteer Leadership Award acknowledges the contributions of TRSA volunteer leaders selected by the TRSA Board and staff. These individuals have contributed their time and energy for the betterment of the industry by sharing their knowledge and experience to support TRSA’s education, training, information-sharing, benchmarking, and research.

Lewis was a featured speaker at the Conference. He lead a discussion on TRSA’s new “Clean Green” Certification program, which focuses on best practices for reducing energy and water consumption, and promoting sustainability that reduces a laundry’s impact on the environment.
