Choose Dempsey and enjoy three unique benefits:
Highest Laundry Certification
Do you know who, if anyone, inspects your current laundry supplier to evaluate and ensure sanitary conditions?
At Dempsey, to support your infection control program, we’ve committed to the highest level of certification, Hygienically Clean Healthcare Certification by TRSA™. It’s the only laundry program that requires third-party bacteriological testing of linen cleanliness. We earn continued certification through quarterly testing of our products and processes, providing Dempsey customers with proof of compliance and peace of mind.
Highest Quality Products
We know your nursing staff gets frustrated when they waste valuable time searching for clean linens or, even worse, when a patient finds a stained gown first.
At Dempsey, we leverage technology, like our ProductPlus™ program, to provide quality products that improve your patient experience. We start with well-known Medline scrubs, gowns and sheets, process them with the most advanced laundry equipment, and inspect them with the most tenured team in the business. Each package of linen will be clean and usable, saving you time and money.
Lowest Total Cost
We know linen invoices can be confusing. After all, how can you control the cost when you don’t even know how many linens you are using?
At Dempsey, we leverage technologies, like our VacuTrack™ and CustomerPortal systems, to provide transparent billing that helps you reduce your linen supply cost per case. We accurately track the soiled linens you turn in - and let you view those numbers in your online Customer Portal - then, we only bill you based on your usage.

Created by royal charter in 1749, Bridgewater Township was one of the 104 original townships included in the New Jersey Legislature’s Township Act of 1798. Today, Bridgewater is a modern bedroom community. Its commuters take full advantage of Interstate 78 and the New Jersey Transit Station, which connects with New York City via the Holland Tunnel. Bridgewater’s 32.5 square miles of suburbia is home to about 44,500 residents with an average household income of around $108,000.
Much of the region’s wealth comes from the many local Fortune 500 businesses that employ Bridgewater’s highly educated, professional workforce. Financial software and telecommunications are just two of the industries represented in the area. Bridgewater is home to Brother Industries’ United States headquarters, AT&T’s telecom offices, and at least three prominent manufacturers: Agfa Graphics, Siemens, and ICI Américas, a maker of paint products.
A bevy of international pharmaceutical companies, including Canadian Valeant, Irish Allergan, the United Kingdom’s ConvaTec, and France’s Sanofi are all based in Bridgewater, making it the American Capital of the Pharmaceutical Industry. It is here that many of the most lauded doctors and medical scientists in the world design and manufacture medicine, vaccines, and other life-saving items, which are then put into global distribution.
Despite the imposing presence of these pharmaceutical giants, Bridgewater – oddly enough – doesn’t have any hospitals inside its borders. In an emergency, residents are served by basic life support services in five regions: Bound Brook, Bradley Gardens, Finderne, Green Knoll, and Martinsville. Advanced life support emergency medical services come from the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in nearby Somerset. When a hospital visit becomes a necessity, the usual choices are St. Peter’s University Hospital in Raritan or the Robert Woods Johnson University Hospitals in Hillsborough or New Brunswick.
Multiple clinics, urgent care facilities, and specialty practices are also just minutes away, including the Children’s Specialized Hospital and the Somerset Medical Center. As healthcare providers in the region continue to expand their services, technology-driven suppliers – like Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply – will become ever more critical to their success. Dempsey provides medical uniform rentals, medical linen rentals, and facility supplies to a wide variety of healthcare organizations in Bridgewater Township and the surrounding counties. Additionally, Dempsey supports medical providers’ Infection Control programs with appropriate protective apparel, certification as a Hygienically Clean Healthcare laundry for uniforms and linens, and proper documentation for QA/PI.
