In the October 2013 issue of FoodService Monthly, a NewsMagazine for food service professionals, Dempsey Uniform President P. J. Dempsey authored an article titled, “Special Report: Is Your Restaurant at Risk?” In it, he offered actionable tips on lowering risk factors for slips and falls, spontaneous combustion, dryer fires, cross-contamination and other serious problems.
